CPU and RAM usage so high, I can solve this problem?

My CPU idle is very low when i load a web page to be 90-100% but decreases rapidly after it is loaded, idk if that's normal, but I know my RAM is very high, Firefox has 300,000 K + and the sidebar is about 40,000 K and TeaTimer (Spybot S & D) uses about 80,000 K, is there a way to reduce RAM usage high? The wow firefox worked to 130.00 K of memory, Anyway to reduce TeaTimer?
